AI within MusicBox is designed to assist users in discovering and managing music more efficiently.
It does not make licensing decisions, negotiate deals, or replace human judgment.

What Our AI Does Not Do

MusicBox AI does not:

• Generate new musical works from user uploads

• Alter or modify user audio files

• Create derivative recordings

• Make automated legal, licensing, or pricing decisions

• Replace human review or approval processes
   

All licensing, rights clearance, and creative decisions remain the responsibility of users.

No AI Training on User Music

MusicBox does not use uploaded music, stems, recordings, or associated metadata to train artificial intelligence models.
User Content is processed solely to provide platform functionality such as indexing, tagging, and search.
We do not use User Content to train internal models or third-party generative AI systems.
Music uploaded to the platform remains the property of its respective rights holders.

User Control
Users retain full authority over their content and metadata.

• AI-generated metadata suggestions can be modified or overridden at any time.

• Users determine whether their music is discoverable by other users.

• Users control whether playlists are private, password-protected, or public.

AI outputs may be incomplete or imperfect. Users are responsible for reviewing metadata and ensuring rights accuracy.
